Chilterns was first established in 1999 by Managing Director, Yannis Prodromou, having already worked as an estate agent in the industry since 1983.

Chilterns branches are well placed on the Suffolk/Norfolk borders with prominent offices in Brandon and Thetford. Coupled with excellent Road and rail links to London and the North, Chilterns attract buyers and tenants not just locally and regionally but nationally.

In fact, Chilterns are exclusive members of the Guild of Property Professionals, a unique network of independent estate agents with over 800 offices nationwide, marketing over 6,500 properties, including access to The Guilds’ prestigious showroom in London’s Park Lane, giving properties offered by Chilterns unrivalled exposure to the widest market place.
