Using a “call centre agent” was my biggest mistake, it could’ve cost me thousands!
“I was looking to move as cost effectively as possible. My partner appointed a “call centre agent” to market our property, when they didn’t succeed he appointed another - I have no idea why, they offered no ongoing support and had little knowledge of the local area!
I knew Andy at Chilterns, so after the previous two “call centre agents” had failed, I went to him for advice. I’m very glad I did. The local knowledge and expertise that both he and his team offered was invaluable and I’m glad I did pop and see him. You see, I only pay Chilterns when they actually complete the transaction. They care, they have to see it through. Otherwise they don’t get paid!
Whats more…Chilterns have sold it (STC) for £15,000 MORE than we had it on the market for with the other “call centre agent”!
