Tenancy Information

Reserving this property

To reserve this property you will be required to pay a Holding Deposit that must not exceed one week's rent as defined in the Tenant Fees Act 2019. By doing this the property will be temporarily withdrawn from the market to give you the opportunity of completing the on-line reference application. Where it is agreed that the landlord will allow pet(s) as part of a tenancy, there may be a requirement to pay a higher rent to reflect additional wear and tear. Where this is the case this will be noted within the property description under the heading 'RENT ADJUSTMENT FOR PET INCLUSION'. There is no guarantee that the Landlord will agree to accepting a pet or pets and where this might be considered full details of the pet(s) will be required for consideration.
